- Recruitment
Once a client registers a vacancy with their Toll People account manager, who specialises in the client’s areas of operations, a comprehensive needs analysis for the position is initiated by our team to determine the personality, skills and experience the client is seeking, among other things. We then help to source potential candidates from our extensive talent databases and contacts, as well as through external sources, to ensure the best available talent is secured for the client. - Selection
Candidates are compared against the application guidelines established by the client, in partnership with their Toll People consultant, to determine their eligibility to proceed further. - Assessment
Complying and promising candidates are asked to undergo relevant job-related assessments and processes requested by the client to ensure they are suitable for the advertised position. - Short listing candidates
Candidates who pass the assessment tests are asked permission for Toll People to conduct thorough integrity checks on themselves including referee and police checks, as required. - Job offers
Each client’s Toll People consultant will liaise with the successful candidate/s and negotiate salary packages and other requirements, as appropriate. - Placement
Once a candidate/s has been successfully placed within a client’s organisation, Toll People continue to stay in touch with the candidate and the client to ensure both are happy and the placement has added value to both the employer and the employee. - Ongoing training
Toll People prides itself on its commitment to ongoing training and improvement for all of its staff, clients and placed candidates.
Toll People requires all clients to conduct annual refresher training of approximately six hours in length with all new additions to the teams to ensure their staff are up-to-date with the latest occupational health and safety requirements and any other changes made to work practices, industry regulations and government legislation during the past year.
Keeping in line with these strict operational guidelines and strategies helps Toll People to ensure the quality of its candidates remains first class, from their initial placement to future promotions.
