Ensuring the safety of our staff, clients and candidates, at all times, is our top priority.
We do this in the following ways:
- Promoting safe work environments
- Providing staff with personal protection equipment and uniforms, where appropriate
- Ensuring all staff and candidates are fully trained for their relevant positions
- Minimising operational and on-site risks
- Implementing risk management strategies and processes
- Providing ongoing safety reviews and training for our successfully placed candidates, clients, contractors and our own Toll People team
